Pacific Women in Power: A Discussion Paper

The Pacific region contains very highly skilled and qualified women, capable of holding office, so why are so few making it into the top decision-making roles? This discussion paper summarises some of the issues affecting the under-representation of women in parliaments and assemblies throughout the Pacific.
